Llamas

I thought I'd been bound, gagged, blindfolded and transported to the Andes when I discovered these Llamas in the week ;-) On a drive in the country the other day, I stumbled across a huge Llama farm with hundreds of the woolly ones and it's only a 10 minute drive away...indulge me :-))

Crane...

...I know it's a swan ;-)

Plain English

I know this isn't a photo but felt I had to share this -

'We have made some significant changes to the overall structure at ....We now have "Heads of" and "Manager" in .... with the Heads of managing product verticals to enhance synergy and Managers being introduced to enhance operational redundancy in terms of management. Along with this, we are also introducing a team manager rotation to build greater cross-fertilisation of ideas across teams.'

Any suggestions as to what it means would be gratefully received , the more ridiculous the better ;-)

Fish

I've never really understood fishing for pleasure, staring at the water and waiting for a bite. Having said that though, I could sit staring at ducks and swans by the river for hours so it's probably the same in a strange way ;-)
